William Shephard is retired after a career in the field of organizational creativity and innovation since 1980. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter in the areas of Creative Problem Solving, innovation, change management, and facilitation. He has particular expertise in training and coaching individuals in the concepts and skills needed to be successful facilitators of Creative Problem Solving and change management. Prior to joining CPSB, he was the chief program officer of the Creative Education Foundation for 18 years, and served as director of the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI).
