William O. Fogarty (he/they) is a facilitator, practitioner, and researcher of creative well-being to facilitate personal and societal change. The role of creativity changed their life when they discovered that creative expression, creative thinking, and dedicated practice could help facilitate personal transformation. Wiliam describes his journey as a path of recovery from head injuries, addiction, and mental health challenges, and seeks to share the tools he learned with others. With many years studying and training in different tools of self-development including meditation, creative-self expression, yoga, Reiki, and 12-step recovery, he implements what he has learned into programs such as Freeing Writing; Creativity, Divinity, and Well-Being; Taking Flight; and Micromoments. These programs help foster regular well-being practices which help others find community, use their voice, connect to health and well-being, and transform their lives.
