Kevin Molesworth began his career as an actor/director/producer of live theatre in New York City before finding his way into the world of live events.  Recognized as one of the "25 Young Event Professionals To Watch" and ranked among the "500 Most Influential Event Professionals,” while his company, Brass Tacks Events, has been honored with dozens of international awards for achievements in production, design, and innovation.  He has travelled all across the US, Canada and even to Dubai to speak about creativity.  Kevin is currently a Master's degree candidate at Buffalo State’s International Center for Studies in Creativity program.  In his first year of study, he was honored with the Parnes & Noller Creativity Award, the Mary Murdock Creative Spirit Award, and the Firestien Family Creative Achievement Award.  His primary focus is divergent thinking (practice, techniques, and enhancement), along with his work in developing his mind-bending concepts of "deep divergence" and "theoretical creativity."
