write, speak and coach primarily (parents and teens) around how to choose their thoughts in order to create a life they love so that they can change the world. 

THINGS I LOVE ...
+ messy buns, red lipstick & athleisure
+ personality profiles (with a special affinity for Stengthsfinders, Enneagram & KOLBE)
+ empowering educators, teens, and parents (although I have a love/hate relationship with the work "empower" b/c it is WAYYYY overused these days)
+ musical theater, goofing off with my family, and listening to audiobooks
