In 2019, I had the honor and privilege to be accepted into the Sidney J. Parnes Fellowship in Creative Problem Solving. As a Fellow, I was provided - not just with the tools and techniques that would enable me to build the skills and confidence necessary to facilitate the CPS process - but also with the opportunity to build trusting relationships with the other 2019 Parnes Fellows, my CPS facilitators/leaders, and my mentor.
