Mary Ellyn started a creativity practice within her corporation involving Creative Problem Solving and creativity tools. This included facilitation of idea sessions and training others in CPS and facilitation practices. After her first CPSI, Mary Ellyn went back to her corporate organization and started facilitating CPS sessions. That was a success which led to backing for starting a creativity center that supported classes in learning CPS, facilitating sessions for internal business groups, and starting a facilitator training program with over 300 people trained. Her interests include contemplative photography, exploring Spirituality by using creative tools, and applying CPS to church related social justice issues. She looks forward to CPSI so she can mingle and share experiences, AHAs, and new trends in this great creative community.
