From Burnout to Shining Bright: How Creativity Can Help Flip the Switch
In our ever-changing world of “new normals”—with new Covid-19 variants, stock market tumbles, rising inflation, and global conflict—we are continually faced with adjusting (and readjusting) to what life looks like. The net impact of these forces has shaped the way we view our work—and ourselves… and not always for the better.

In this presentation, we will share the results of a proprietary study from Seed Strategy. We looked at the impact of workplace burnout in America, how it has impacted us, both mentally and emotionally, and how individuals have found themselves coping with the stress. To conclude, we recommend what leaders can do—specifically using applied creativity principles and tools—to support individuals feeling burnout, or to help avoid burnout altogether moving forward.

Did someone say LEGO®?
Discover the excitement of building playful connections, one LEGO® brick at a time!
Did you know research has identified that a lack of human connections can be more harmful to your health than smoking or high blood pressure? Did you know our social connections can improve your self-esteem, increase your ability to build empathy for others, help you to regulate emotions, lower your anxiety and depression, and even improve your immune system?

Humans have an inherent need for meaningful human connections and a sense of belonging. Since 2003, our team at Strategic Play Global has been taking LEGO® bricks into corporations, businesses, governments,
non-profits, and communities around the world. We have connected people with strategy, brands, ideas, solutions, neighbors, teams, their own families, and most importantly, themselves.

The CPSI Conference is one of the best places to make meaningful connections and find those best friends you just haven’t met yet. Where might these new CPSI friendships take you? Maybe around the world! Now is the perfect time to connect your hands, mind, and heart by picking up some bricks in this fun-filled spotlight and consider the infinite ways you might connect. Let’s connect over the click of the bricks!
