Senior Quest (Part 1)

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Please note: this is a 2-part session.
Want to realize your vision and your dreams in your senior years in a positive, generous, and meaningful way?We will use tools that many of us are familiar with and apply them in a way that transforms your thinking about your “senior” life transforming your thinking into your Senior Quest.

As an example, Mary Ellyn’s Senior Quest is “Seeker of Beauty”. She’s been using this “quest statement” to help her explore many facets of the arts allowing her to think about her “senior life” possibilities in a new, meaningful, and joyful way.

(This is a two part session with a day in-between to think about the first day.)

Three Key Takeaways:
  • Bring joy and fulfillment to your life by embracing a creative senior mindset
  • ”Invent” your senior quest, that focuses on zestful senior life experiences while providing resiliency with the unique obstacles that occur in senior living
  • Sharing this approach with other seniors so that they may strive towards a positive imagined future
