The Micromoments facilitative one day program gives participants the time, space, tools and techniques to creatively examine, express, and memorialize pivotal life experiences. Theoretically linked to the science of well-being, the implications of teaching Micromoments in the classroom extend beyond traditional learning outcomes. It allows students and teachers to experience transformation through the acknowledgment and celebration of our own, uniquely human story.
