Employee creative problem solving and resilience are considered to be amongst the most important skills and abilities sought by employers and the global coronavirus pandemic has only made the need for them more vital. This session is designed to offer a practical knowledge of the creative problem solving process and skills as well as those resilience characteristics which augment stronger and more effective personal management of workplace and career-related stressors and adversity. Within each individual is the capacity for stronger resilience, and this experiential workshop demonstrates how more effectively tapping into their own creative capabilities enables them to better manage the challenges and issues they face at work and in their career.

Three Key Takeaways:
  • Experience being facilitated through the applied creative problem solving process on a personal resilience issue of their own.
  • Ability to identify any tacit thought patterns and characteristics which may hinder or facilitate their resilience efforts.
  • Recommended approaches to continue to practice the process post-session."
