This session will describe how an individual can create a divergent persona in order to enhance the productivity of brainstorming sessions. Furthermore, the methods for implementing the use of divergent personas into a group or organization will be detailed. I posit that the techniques I will be sharing will have the potential to vastly extend the boundaries of each attendees' divergent thinking abilities.
