IDENTITY
I am a native New Yorker of Jewish-Puerto Rican descent and have spent my entire life steeped in conversations about identity, ethnicity and exploring how to create spaces for authentic self-expression.

EXPERIENCE
I received my Masters in Education from Hunter College and bring over a decade of experience in classrooms from preschool to college and beyond. I combine my experience in education with a parallel journey as a practitioner of healing arts such as yoga, massage therapy, meditation, and plant medicine.

PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all human beings are capable of profound transformation and healing when we create the right conditions and empowerment through tools of self-guidance.

FUN FACT
I am a devoted dancer and part-time carpenters apprentice. Over the last few years, I've been making furniture out of reclaimed driftwood found in the Hudson River.
